Scholarships

A $500 scholarship is awarded annually each spring to a deserving student. In order to qualify for a scholarship, the recipient or recipient's parent must be employed by a member of the Marcy Chamber of Commerce. A student's GPA is one of the major determining factors in selection of this award. Previous recipients are also eligible to reapply.

The following information and materials must be sent to the Marcy Chamber of Commerce (Application information is confidential and will be evaluated only by the Chamber's Scholarship Committee.)

• Completed Scholarship Application and Profile Sheet
• Official high school or college transcript of your academic record
  (transcripts must include your grades for the fall term.)
• Certificate of Employment letter for the member business stating the starting date of employment (for you or your parent) with the company. The company must have a direct membership with the Marcy Chamber of Commerce for at least one year prior to the date of application.
