Here's How It Works...

1. Just sign up using the simple form below.
2. Identify the site options you will want.
3. Provide us some information about your business.
4. We arrange for your dot-com name, create your first page, setup your server, load your page, setup your first email account, and tell you when it is ready.
5. You have 30 days to use the site before paying (see note below).
6. Upon payment of the Express Site fee, you get ownership of the site.
7. In the meantime we will provide you a proposal for any additional service you want and discuss it with you.

About Your Trial: If you would like to try a site for 30-days, click the "Sign Up.." button to start (no payment required yet). A web designer will review your information, usually within a few hours, and email you if there are any questions. We will setup your server with your domain name and email account. You then have a free 30-day trial period to see how you like the service. We also discuss additional service you request to meet your specific needs and provide a written quote. If your order includes multiple web pages or custom design work, we require payment of a deposit before starting that work. You can review and accept your revised site before the final payment is due.

Note About Limitations of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service for any site that promotes illegal or socially objectionable activities, or in our opinion is not consistent with the practices of the Better Business Bureau. We reserve the right to require a deposit for orders placed from outside the USA. All web site work, including domain names secured on your behalf, is the property of RAL Technologies, Inc. until progress/final payment is made. If you are not satisfied with progress/final work provided by RAL Technologies for your review, you are not required to pay the balance and you forfeit any rights to or claim upon the work. You can cancel your project at any time and claim the work to date by paying the proportionate amount of the fee as estimated by RAL Technologies.
